REGISTRATION FEES

Fees:                Swimmer and Kayaker Team

*  Kayakers must provide their own kayak and wear a USCG approved PFD at all times when on the water.

*  We will have a limited number of kayaks available to rent for $30. Rental information will be posted closer to the event date.

Fees:               Swimmer Only

• On-Line Registration closes at 11:00p.m. Friday October 4, 2013
• There is no race day registration.
• Each registered particpant and volunteer will recieve the race t-shirt and a post-race party pass.
• We cannot guarantee t-shirts for registrations recieved after Sept. 12, 2013
  
• Packet Pick Up will be held at the race site from 8:00-9:00a.m.

 REFUND POLICY 

50% of your entry fee may be refunded until September 12, 2013 or until the event has filled. No refunds will be issued for any reason after September 12, 2013. Event entries are not transferable between persons or years. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy. By registering for this event you agree to these refund terms. To request a refund you must send a refund request  email with the subject line: Refund Request and the following information:

 CANCELATION PROTECTION 

James River conditions can be unpredictable. We have selected a race date that has historically been a more consistent, reliable time of year. However, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the race if weather or water conditions are deemed unsafe by Peluso Open Water Staff.  

You have the option of purchasing cancelation insurance for $10. If weather or river conditions prohibit us from producing a safe event, we will refund your full registration fee less the processing fee charged by our registration company.
