12-Week Youth Triathlon Training Program
February 4 - April 27, 2013
This program will prepare kids ages 7-15 for the RTC Sprint Triathlon on April 27, 2013 and/or the East Coast Triathlon Festival on May 5, 2013.

The Youth program is taught by Endorphin Fitness.
Recognized as one of the top youth development programs in the United States, the Endorphin Fitness Youth Triathlon Teams combine age-appropriate exercise with expert coaching and fun. The program focuses on developing leaders and athletes through swim, bike, and run training.
$71 Program includes:
1 coached swim workout per week, See specifics below
1 coached bike or run workout per week, Saturdays 10am from CSAC
Access to the Endorphin Fitness Training Center
15% discount to the EF Bicycle and Tri Shop (excluding bikes and service)
Access to Team Forum
Swim practices are from 5-6pm M, W, F *. Beginner swimmers must attend the Wed practice. Advanced swimmers are welcome to attend any of the 3 practices. An advanced swimmer should be able to swim 10 x 100 yds at a comfortable pace with 20 seconds rest between 100s.
* The first 2 weeks of practices will be held at 7:30pm on Mon and Wed due to a conflict at CSAC. Fri will be still be 5-6pm.
